I exited the patio gate of my residence and left the bicycle on the sidewalk. I briefly entered the property to secure the gate with a padlock and put on my shoes. Upon exiting the house, the bicycle was missing. I observed no individuals in the vicinity and scanned the surrounding streets, but was unsuccessful. The incident occurred in less than 5 minutes.
