I forgot to lock up my bike, which I never do but i was on the phone. There was a homeless person's bike rig outside parked near it. Not to assume but it had a small stretcher rigged to the right side with ratchet straps. There was also a dark haired dog sitting in the stretcher/side car portion of the rig.
