Description of incident
It was late at night, so it was when everyone was asleep. It seems like they broke into my apartment building, and cut my chain that I kept my bike with right to the stairs outside. Below is more information about the bike
◦ On the left of the seat. A medium sized cut that shows the foam underneath.
◦ Both grips handle grips are on.Left handle is has scrapes on the end of it, with the grip being openable from a cut at the end
◦ Grey
◦ Front brake sometimes squeak when use
◦ Bottom of the seat has a small leaver that allows you to change a bikes height when opened. It can be moved in every direction.
◦ On the bar between the handle, small bits of rust formed
◦ The thumb shifter are close to handles. One behind the handle that increases the gear, and one in front that decreases the gear Both the left and right are behind tinted glass. I think left side is fogged up, and can barely make out the number. Meanwhile I think the right is cracked, but can still be seen clearly. These can be switch up as well
