I usually bike to my doctor's appointment at Village Medicine. I locked my RadPowerRadRunner Electric Silver bicycle to a bolted traffic sign right in front of the office. The sign was completely removed to steal the bike. Noticed it when I left appointment and both the bike and the sign where MIA. Someone at the office report they saw the thief leaving with it. Description is vague but she mentioned: man was Caucasian, looked older and disheveled, had wiry gray hair.
