stolen 2025 fluid fluid mosquito scooter e-Scooter

Thursday 10/16, I parked the scooter at the parking spot (The one on the Left side, the longer side, I parked somewhere in the middle of that) under the trolley station at a little after 2pm. I locked the scooter using a lock (wired form). Friday 10/17, I came back in the morning, a little before 9 am (probably around 8:50 ish). I got off the trolley, and I was looking for my scooter to get to class, and it was clearly not there. I went back to my dorm (at Pepper Canyon East) to check. I walked around and check all the spots around, and still couldn't find it. I am confident that it is stolen, and the lock is also no where to be found.
