I was at the dignity Hospital 1501 South Grand Ave. 90014. This happened around 11 AM while I was visiting my brother the thief cut the cord and took my bike. There was three cameras on site and none of the security guard seen what happened it could’ve been happened at 4 AM because I did an overnight care.
