BIKE WAS INSIDE BUILDING STORED WHERE INSTRUCTED BY BUILDING. IT WAS LOCKED WITH CABLE THROUGH TIRES NOTHING TO LOCK ONTO AS IT WAS IN A GARAGE. STOLEN FROM A PERSON IN THE BUILDING WHO HAD KEY ACCESS ONLY. I HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN THE BUILDING MANGER RIDING THE BIKE ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS THE POLICE FILED NO REPORTS AND WILL NOT GO INVESTIGATE
