Description of incident
A man broke into my apartments underground parking garage and broke my bike's lock (lock is missing; it was a heavy duty lock attached to both the frame and wheel) to steal it from the Level 3 bike rack area. CCTV footage showed the man as average to tall height, black, in a dark sweatshirt.
