Description of incident

At approximately 1740 hours on 1.13.23, a black presumably homeless man wearing a red sweatshirt stole a bike and went out the front door. The stolen bike was a Domane AL 5 54cm red. The serial number is WTU254XC0442T The bike had no pedals so he walked away and down an alley to escape.
