Parked bike with ulock at bike rack at the beach. Beautiful day so people were out and about, but the Ocean Park neighborhood is not excessively tourist heavy. Was on the beach from approx: 11:45-2:30pm. When I returned to the rack my kryptonite ulock had been cut. There was another cut lock at the adjacent rack.
