there was also a new schwinn utility rack attached to the bike (the kind that attaches down to the frame, not to the seat post). There is also a headlight bracket attached to the handlebars (I take the headlight off when leaving the bike)

Description of incident
this bike along with a yellow MOTOBECANE 400 HT were stole together from a public bike rack beside the beach boardwalk. Two different locks were joining them together and to the rack.
