Stolen 2023-11-29T11:30:00-0600 from Los Angeles, CA 90024, US
On 11/29/23, the same man that entered the garage of an apartment complex behind a vehicle. The man was dressed in blue jeans, brown utility shoes, a black long sleeved jacket, and a orange and white utility vest and red hat. He used wire cutters to cute a whole into the fence. He then preceded into The man walked to the bike gate and entered through the hole that had been cut. The whole was temporarily repaired and the man went through again. He stole a bicycle by using bolt cutters.
