Description of incident
Bike was stolen while surfing. It was locked with a chain and pad lock on a fence post. The lock remained at the scene. My surfboard rack is also missing. I got in a bike accident, so the left side is scratched. The bike also has a U-lock stuck on the handlebars that I lost the key for.
