Description of incident
I loaned this gal, Lyhlia Patton the bike to travel to work and back, and she agreed to clean my apartment once a week, she has not lived up to her agreement. I have asked her to return the bike. There is no response from her. She lives near 3rd and Fairfax area in Los Angeles.
