Distinguishing features
The gears on the bike would stick when running on front gear 2, rear gears would stick from 4-5 and 6-7. There is a small tear on the saddle on the left side when looking at the bike front on, the front wheels valve cap is missing and the bike has no mud guard, there is a cheap bell on the right side (if you were riding the bike) of the handle bars and a clip for a rear light on the adjuster bar of the saddle.

Description of incident
The bike was locked through the front tire and frame using a cable lock and through the rear wheel and frame with cable lock. The location of the theft was from the bike stations next to the barclays bike docking area outside the Royal Albert hall. The bike was secured at 19.00 and was noticed missing by 22.00. There was no evidence of a theft occuring.
