Description of incident
The bike was parked and locked at the bike parking space at my friend's place at 11750 Wilshire Blvd starting from June 26th when she left the U.S. The bike was located in the locked bike cage at the underground parking lot of the property. When my friend came back from the Europe trip on September 27th, 2023, the bike was found stolen.
