The bike is a tan Lectric XP Lite e-bike. It has black tires, heels, handles and seat. The body of the bike is solid tan with three stripes on the side (one white, one gray, one black). The bike has both a front headlight and tail light that only work with a key (which is not in the bike). There is a phone mount on the left handle bar and black bell on the right handle bar. If it hasn't been removed, there is a small brown square on the left hand side of the body of the bike. The square is the bike permit for my apartment. I locked my bike on the bike rack outside of H&M at Metro Center in Downtown D.C. The bike was locked there between 4:15-4:45pm ET. When I came back out, the bike and the bike lock were both missing. This bike was brand new so I did not have the serial number written down yet. After zooming in on a photo I have of the bike, I can tell the last four digits of the serial number at 5145. The bike is electric and does not work without a key, so whoever stole it must be using it manually. I have called and filed a police report with MPD. The police report number is 149060. The 2nd district department's number is 202-715-7300. Please call them with any information you may have.
