The frameset is called "Fitness Geometry". The bike has a white and yellow sticker on the top tube that says "Parking" and bears the number 104201517; it has a red tag below the saddle. The bike also has a phone holder on the handlebar.

The bike was tied to the bike rack in the underground parking lot of my apartment building. The U lock was cut open and left there together with my helmet. The theft may have happened between Tuesday 14th in the evening (after 7:30pm) and Sunday June 19th in the morning (before noon).
