stolen Motobecane Gigi Elite

A mass bike theft occurred sometime between 12pm-8pm yesterday November 28 at East of Eleven Apartments(inner SE Portland) inside the secured bike storage room downstairs. The bike storage room here at East of Eleven requires numerous security to access via a key fob through a garage, another door, as well as my property being double locked with Ulock and chain. I walked downstairs to the room last night and noticed that my bike, along with many others, were gone and/or disassembled. My bike was last seen at 12pm on the 28th and was gone when I went to the room at 8pm later that day. In addition to my bike, both bike locks were gone and only my helmet was left on the floor. There are numerous security cameras inside and outside the theft location. My bike is a Motobecane Gigi Elite road bike, black with pastel pink accents on wheel and frame and silver/iridescent handlebar tape.
