It's a folding bicycle. Purchased on 12/18/2011 for $393 from Sid's Bike Shop on 235 East 34th Street, New York, NY 10016. Not sure about wheel size.

The bicycle was stolen from bicycle parking at the Hoboken PATH Station. I used a cable lock around the bicycle and the bicycle parking post; it must have been cut.
