Stolen from outside the office window. White male wearing what looked like baggy shorts, black shoes with a white sole, black sweatshirt, tight brown hat and a backpack. Bike is mostly white with small red accent stripes, and is missing white handlebar tape on the right side on the crook of the bar. Also has a seat pouch, lock wrapped around the handlebar, and black removable fender.
