Cut thick steel cable lock. Likely stolen at night. Don’t know exact time of theft. Bike has bright teal pedals, mountain bike style handlebar, 26-inch tires, black water bottle cage, white bell with colored pattern, Vuelta StarLite wheels, frame size 24, Shimano cranks and drivetrain, Shimano components, disc brakes, yellow and white sticker on top of the downtube near bottom bracket, trim color is white, no fenders. Some modifications have been made from bike in photo.
