stolen Specialized hard rock

Red and silver Specialized Hard Rock mountain bike. Slick tires (Kenda) and a black rear rack. Frame outlined with strips of white reflective tape which partially obscure the brand name. Red reflective tape on rear rack. Handle grips cracked. Sticker on frame is from a bike shop in Durham, NC. Stolen from bike rack near University of Pennsylvania medical research buildings between noon and 6pm on Saturday, March 1.Sorry about the picture quality--it is from when I moved a few months ago and before I added the reflective tape to the frame.
