Locked with a heavy duty chain around the frame, rear wheel, and bike rack, plus a U-lock between the frame and front wheel. Bike was in a lit area in front of Briggs Hall, stolen sometime between 6 and 7:30 p.m. Both locks were cut relatively cleanly.
