Bikes stolen at Seaside State Beach Parking Lot in broad daylight. Bikes were locked on a thule bike rack parked in broad daylight around 11am-12pm. I was away from the car briefly to walk along the beach and came back to the parking lot right next to the Monterey Tides hotel to witness a clean cut off the cable lock and bikes were missing.
