Neighbor walked out as thief slipped in behind her. She pictured him stealing bike with bolt cutters. She confronted as she followed and he threatened to shoot her as he reached into bag. She followed him into the OLD ST. GEORGE secured building where he was seen thru Windows walking upstairs with bike. Black male, 20's, likely Ethiopian, @5'6", baggy sagging blue jeans and dark hoodie
