Bicycle was U-locked to a bicycle rack in front of Palomino on the Embarcadero. Left overnight on Friday Sept 23rd. Was stolen by 10:30AM the next morning, U-lock was cut and left at the scene, including the helmet, which was also attached to the U-lock.
