Bicycle was stolen from the gated in parking lot at my home at the Albert Apartments last night or this morning. It was locked with a U-lock and cable. The thief cut the u-lock and took the entire bicycle. There are security cameras at The Albert. My husband and I will reach out to the property manager to get her started on finding video.
