stolen 2020 Meridian Unknown Tricycle

I stepped away from my bicycle for a few minutes running into a friend's street-side loft to pick up a couple of things really quickly. In the span of less than 5 minutes a lanky white adult male on a children's bike rolled up and hopped on my bike and rode away. I was second away from catching them and tried to run after them but they got away. My bicycle is a red trike Meridian. It's identifiable features are a big Strawberry Smog sticker on the main frame, a loose bike chain protector, and it doesn't have its fenders. Unfortunately I don't have a picture from after I took them off. But I have video of the theft from my friend's cameras.
