- Description of incident

This bike was left locked at the Confederation Leisure Centre at the bike rack in view of the cashier window. The bike was locked there at the start of school, between 9-9:30am September 23. After school the bike was missing from the rack. The bike was discovered missing between 3:30-4pm September 3. More than one bike may have been stolen from rack as no bikes were left on the entire rack.
