Description of incident
Finished biking the C&O, Crescent trail. At the end of the trail we parked our bike on the first bike rack at the waterfront park. Two bikes were locked together. Second bike had "Crestwood" written on it. Bikes were locked with a cable lock. Cable lock was cut in the middle and left on the ground. Couple of adjacent bikes were damaged as well.
