stolen 2009 Swinn Roxie Cruiser

I am definitely sure someone in my building stole my bike. There were 2 couples who were continuously keep looking to my bicycle. They did it in day time after I went to work, I was sick so I was using the bus that time. When I came home after work, it was totally gone with the chain and lock. There was a very bad looking old bicycle left near by it. I left a note to the door. The day after that bicycle was also gone and in the evening they took the note, too. I am 100 % sure my neighbors like next door steal my bike.
