I left my bike outside the corner of South Van Ness and 22nd Street, right near Urban Putt.A housemate saw the incident around 3:20AM– two men came up to the bike with cutters and one of them rode off with it. His description:"there were two of them. one was wearing a hat with a brim like a fedora he was the one that rode away on the bike. the other just ran away in the opposite direction. they used an electric chain cutter to cut through the lock"I might be able to get a picture of the perpetrators.
