Parked bike at bike rack outside Cafe Lemonade (in the Metreon building) next to the cross-walk that goes across Mission Street. It's the block between 3rd and 4th Streets. Went to pick up my 2-year old at pre-school at 5:30 p.m. We got back to the bike rack at about 5:50 and it was gone. Witnesses said a white male with a skateboard was casing all the bikes on the bike rack. He then cut the lock and road off.
