stolen 2017 Trek FX2

Right in front of the main post office. I went inside to check my p.o. box and neglected to lock it because i knew it would only be a few seconds. My mistake: A young guy was apparently lurking on the corner and literally in less than 30 seconds ran down and hopped on my bike. I caught a brief glimpse of him as i was coming out and he was heading west toward the ocean. I filed a police report but they don't pay much attention to property theft crime here as recent riots evince. My 911 call was not broadcast to LAPD which covers Venice and where I'm sure that thief was headed.
