Distinguishing features
Although I do not have the serial number for the bike, or any documented proof. I do have the bike's original standard tires that I replaced. I can also describe the bike in great detail. I bought the bike off of Craigslist and do not have any receipts for the bike itself. I do have proof of purchase of the rear brake pads that I recently replaced. My Kryptonite bike lock was also stolen along with the bike (which is a very hearty bike lock). Whoever stole the bike broke the porch post that the bike was secured to and stole the bike with the lock still through the frame and the front wheel. They will have a hard time getting the lock off.The bike also had two shop rags tied to it which I used to protect the paint from damage when locking up the bike to posts. There are a number of marks from locking the bike up to various posts. The border of the lettering of the bike model and bike-maker name glows. The wrap on the right handle bar is damaged and is coming slightly loose. There are two mounting brackets on the handlebars. One if for a bike light, the other is for the speedometer. The front brake pads are worn down almost completely and squeak when they are wet. The tires that are currently on the bike were purchased from Paradise Garage and they are road tires. I have the original off-road tires.
