The bike was purchased from Mike's Bikes Palo Alto in 2012. I purchased the bike from the original owner. It has a sticker on the lower part of the frame regarding the maintenance plan / warranty from Mike's Bikes. The original receipt with serial was lost. The store confirmed the original owner's info and emailed me the receipt of purchase.
