stolen Novara Element

I was on vacation and the thief used bolt cutters to cut through my cable lock. The bike was locked to a porch post directly in front of my front door, but semi-hidden from street views. Bike has two sets of brake levers, one set on the drop-downs and one set on the top of the handle bars.
