I went into Winco Foods at around 6:30p.m. I took my seat off the bike because I knew it would be too easy for a thief to steal the seat off the bike when I was in Winco. I locked the bike to the bike rack on the side of the building and when I got back the chain lock was cut and the whole bike was gone. The serial number on the Bottom Bracket is hard to read, and the last digit is almost illegible, but I can assure you the last four numbers are "9699".
