I was in front of Poke Co sitting at a table eating. My bike was propped up at a nearby column. A blond skinny man who appeared homeless in a white sweatshirt walked up to my bike, got on and started to ride. I yelled at him to stop and he continued to ride across the parking lot toward the Marriott. I went back to get my car to look around but couldn't find him
