It is a regular black medium cannondale quick. Unsure of specific model/ if womens or not. Covered in triangular reflective stickers with iridescent hoola-hoop tape over that for a color changing effect. Shines BRIGHT in headlights, a bike made to be SEEN. Has an aftermarket adjustable stem, and an old bike seat.
