Tri Bike with Profile Design aero bars. Was on my locked Thule roof rack parked right in front of the tap house and bike was stolen with the roof rack attached to it after bolt cutting it off the top of my car. ANY help would be appreciated!

Bike was locked to my Thule Roof Rack. They used Bolt cutters to remove the roof rack from my car and took the whole kit and caboodle.
