Description of incident
Bike was locked up using an Abus U-lock to a parking meter in front of a yoga studio. The bike was just out of site of the studio front desk when the employee was sitting, but in site if they stood up or walked to the front door. The theft occurred within 80 minutes when it was dark and rainy out. The lock was cleanly cut through and left at the scene.
