stolen Self made Mountain bike / Universal

It’s an older mountain bike with some universal fittings for different setups. I stripped all the paint off and clear coated it but it’s been a few years and a good many rust spots have developed. Tires are 26”, all hardware is black aside from chrome brake arms, and there is a spring loaded rack mounted on the rear(also black). There is a sticker on the head tube where the badge should be that says “trail rated” in the same style one would find on a jeep wrangler.
