My bicycle was taken from outside my house. It was locked up with a coil lock and we have cameras so I've seen the footage of the man taking my bike. He comes up from 11:30 and looks around, chooses my bike, cuts the lock (throws it in the bush) and takes the bike, and walks off with it out towards 16th and broadway. It took him a total of 3-5 minutes for all of this. He had his hood up but longer hair with a big backpack.
