stolen 2020 Specialized Crossroads 2.0 Step-Through

We lost our brand new bike worth 700$ got stolen from a secured (key fob access) and under survaillance (camera) bike storage of Gibson Flats Flats Apartment in South Lamar around 5-16th October 2020. As per apartment, we should request refund from renters insurance. They are not responsible for the theft and their video storage goes back only 14 days back in storage (we do not belive this). We filed a police report Austin Police Department last week and we except no reponse from police as this is a petty theft with election unrest around the corner.
