stolen 70 Nishiki custom sport

bike was stolen approximately at 10:45am 12/17/2013 in front of the unemployment office. It was locked on the bike rack in front. the bike is silver with scrapes and grease, drop handlebars with red bar tape and a little black and white checker duct tape detail. The rear brakes do not work and the front ones are not fully installed.The top tube has a sticker that says "I came on my bike"The seat stem has a Lisa Frank Unicorn sticker.The front on the handlebars has a sticker "Pedal Inn"
