stolen 2020 Cannondale Cujo 2 27.5+ Bike

Bike was left unlocked on my patio. My apartment is on the second floor, but as the first floor is slightly below ground level it is accessible from the parking lot area. Thief climbed up edge of balcony and lifted the bicycle down to the ground before fleeing. I only caught a brief glimpse of them as they took it. It was dark, their face was obscured by a hoodie, and I'd just taken my contacts out, so I can't give a good description of them.
