Simple Trek Hybrid, likely from the late 1990s, early 2000s. Schwalbe tires. Back wheel has an Alex Rim. Front wheel has green rope lights in the spokes. Sticker on seat post says "Slow Roll Cleveland".
Bicycle was locked in employee parking garage in the morning. Was missing at the end of the work day. Three employees saw 2, possibly 3, teenagers riding bikes around the parking deck in the middle of the afternoon.
