Stolen during the night of October 17th most likely between the hours of midnight (oct 17) and 6am (oct 18). On a second floor balcony, dust on railings was not disturbed, so climbing was unlikely. Seems like someone lifted the bike onto the roof (with a rope or something). Roofing work is ongoing on the building and the roof overlooks this balcony and bike, might be a connection.
